At 2:38pm EST, the load balancer at our data center went offline. This same issue has occurred now several times in the last 6-8 weeks. Traffic for GoToMyAccounts applications has been routed around the load balancers and will not be routed back to those load balancers
Services are now restored.
Due to the recent (and ingoing) instability of our current data center provider, GoToMyAccounts is in the process of moving all services to a new facility. This process began about one week ago and we expect this process to be completed in the next 1-2 days.
We apologize for the outage today and promise that these issues are being mitigated and ultimately resolved as quickly as possible.
We are experiencing an internal (private) network outage affecting several critical service nodes.
Network engineers are working on the issue.

This issue turned out to be caused by a network maintenance window with our data center provider. The impact of the maintenance was not known to us, so we were not able to mitigate the outage in a graceful manner.
